Had a luxury room to myself with exposed cables in the balcony, who got the best beds plus the best beds. The breakfast was abundant and great and the team was positive. Also, location was great and unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Dune Por do Sol.

We had a fantastic stay with great service from the hotel staff, who were incredibly nice and helpful. The manager, Junior, was professional and also had a great sense of humor. The hotel staff went above and beyond when my father had a health issue and helped us with transportation, special meals, and medicine. The location of the hotel was amazing, right on the beach and close to the main street center. The hotel had beautiful design and two lovely pools, including a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel restaurant on the beach served excellent cocktails.

This hotel has not seeing any up date for the last 15 years for: Bathroom,TV set, computers, lawn chairs, beach chairs. It is not quite up to expectation despite its exenpecive tag. Service is quite good, breakfast is excellent, location is ideal.

I had FANTASTIC days staying at this family-friendly hotel. Everything was good, the service was excellent. The staff was really kind at all levels. I had a luxury room to stay, it was complete with who got the best beds, a beautiful window, a peeling ceiling. The location was great and unbeatable, near Dune Por do Sol.

Amazing location and exceptional service. During our stay at My Blue, we were blown away by the stunning beachfront location. The hotel's proximity to the beach and main village made exploring Jericoacoara a breeze. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They even provided special assistance when my father experienced a health issue, arranging transportation and accommodating his dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and outstanding service.

Great place! One of the best locations in Jericoacoara, nice facilities (pools and such), excellent breakfast by the beach.

The staff is marvelous, extremely polite and helpfull, Laura trys to help in everyway,the waiters are perfect and the flower arrangements in the bed are a special touch.

The location couldn't have been better, right on the beach and in the heart of all the action in Jeri. The hotel itself is incredibly luxurious, with beautiful grounds and two amazing pool options, including a jacuzzi. The courtyard leading to the beach is breathtaking, with flowering trees and even giant iguanas. Our room had a lovely view of the main pool and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The hotel restaurant on the beach was a highlight, with a delicious breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of options including fresh hot coffee, tasty pastries, hot dishes, and plenty of fruit and juices. In the evening, we enjoyed ordering cocktails from the bar on the beach, which were some of the best caipiroskas we had in Brazil. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and excellent water pressure. The staff was also top-notch, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The manager, Junior, was particularly amazing, being both professional and personable. When my father had a health issue and we had to go to the emergency nearby, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, from arranging transportation to providing special meals and medications. It truly was a great and amazing experience, and we can't thank them enough!

Honestly, we can't think of any negatives about this place. We highly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Jeri.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the village and offers stunning views right in the sand. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast offers a variety of tasty options. The rooms are nice and clean, with some even offering a beach view. Guests can also enjoy two lovely pool areas and have access to beach towels. The staff speaks English and provides reliable internet.

The management could use some improvement in terms of staff training.
